Newly built Luxury 3 bedroom Mountain Chalet in town - Hot tub and pet friendly!

A taste of the mountains with the convenience of an in-town location. This newly built house is nestled on a large fenced-in lot and offers guests the best in comfort, amenities, and indoor/outdoor living areas. Ideally situated between downtown Brevard and the entrance to Pisgah Forest, the Chalet is on the ever-growing Rails and Trails bike bath that can take you anywhere.

You will enjoy many unique features at this beautiful mountain home, such as a sweeping rock staircase just past the entry gate surrounded by a large native plant garden and a big elevated back deck designed for lounging, grilling, and entertaining friends and has a private hot tub! (Please note If you wish to use the hot tub there is a $25 maintenance fee per reservation. Just contact Gareth if you wish to use the tub)

Inside, the large living room has comfortable leather furniture and a 65-inch TV with surround sound. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need, and an oversized butcher block island with stools creates an excellent center gathering place. There is a full dining table that seats 6. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, and the 2 bedrooms upstairs have king beds. All are furnished and have full closets. 2 Luxurious bathrooms, one with a large tile and glass door shower and the other with a tub and shower combination.

This PET-FRIENDLY home is a DOG HEAVEN! The whole lot is fenced, so you can bring your furry friends, who will have plenty of outside room to explore. We even have a spare dog bed and bowls just in case you don't bring your own! Please let us know if you will be bringing pets as there will be a pet fee of $25/night for up to 2 pets and $15/night for each additional after. Please notify Gareth that you are bringing your furry friend and arrange to pay the pet fee.

Parking:
There is ample parking for several cars in the front of the house.

Guest access:
You will have access to the entire home and the fenced-in lot.

Hi I’m Gareth and I own the Chalet. I am a long-time Brevard local. I have 2 other homes in Brevard that I rent. My goal is to make these houses truly unique and to provide my guests with a very special experience while visiting my favorite place on earth. I live with Rhodo, my 30 lb. pup, either in Brevard, NC or Victor, Idaho, when not traveling for work or adventures. In addition to managing these rentals, I also operate SESSION STUDIOS, my outdoor adventure videography business. Perry is the housekeeping manager for all my rentals and looks after everything when I am out of town. If neither of us are unavailable at any time we have an awesome support team we can call on for any type of assistance.

Great place to stay

This was probably the most well stocked rental we have ever had. The deck and hot tub were wonderful, beds were comfortable, and they provided so much ( linens, towels, even body wash and shampoo). It was close to DuPont and downtown. Would certainly stay here again!

Great place to stay in Brevard

We were pleasantly surprised to find the home just as advertised. It is well appointed, having everything one might need. Our granddaughters really enjoyed the hot tub. I liked the location as it is close to downtown and also convenient to Dolly’s (if you don’t know Dolly’s put it on your list of places to visit). We will definitely be back.

We have been staying in the area for more than 20 years in order to visit with family. This home was very convenient to restaurants and downtown Brevard. The home was unusually quiet and comfortable! The owner was exceptional with communication. By far the best place we have stayed and will definitely stay again. Perfect for our doggie too! Fully fenced in yard with plenty of room for him to run!

We stayed only one night but would’ve loved to stay for several days! The home is beautiful, well maintained, very clean and overall just a wonderful place to stay. We had a great stay. I was initially concerned there might be some road noise but the house is set back and it was quiet and peaceful. Gareth was prompt & professional with all communication. House is Minutes from downtown Brevard,Pisgah & Oscar Blues. The fenced in yard was a real bonus not having to worry about our dog. Great Stay

The place exceeded all expectations, even from the pictures on here. Also, the host was very communicative every step of the way. Great home for a family

We’re a family that normally heads to the beach for summer vacation, but we decided to explore the mountains instead. This was our first time in Brevard, and we were all pleasantly surprised. We loved that we could bring our dog, and the fenced in yard and large deck won him over. The house is conveniently located between downtown Brevard and Pisgah. It was plenty of space for our family. It was clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Great beds and plenty of towels. The house was a great central location for all of our exploring. Some of our favorites from the trip: Sliding Rock, the hike to see Moore Cove, Cradle of Forestry (be sure to ring the train bell), picnic lunch at Stillwater Branch, tubing down the Davidson, Fawn Lake at Dupont (great for swimming), Ecusta brewery (get the nachos) and of course OP Taylor’s toy store in downtown. A true hidden gem was the Veterans History Museum in downtown (it’s free admission & our boys loved it). Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back!
