This hotel is the same as the last Campanile I stayed at...except for the WiFi. As usual, the WiFi service is unsecured so I expect to use a VPN for encryption but VPNs are being blocked so everything I do is visible to hackers. Worse still, both Google and Microsoft reported to me that the "Google" server and the "Microsoft" server were false. In other words, a Hacker is resident at this hotel and trying to steal the confidential information of its guests. Not exactly what I expect from Campanile

Great hotel in beautiful town. Was upgraded free of charge as the room we booked was not easily accessible with a small baby and pushchair. Room was spacious snd clean. Breakfast was good with amazing fresh orange juice!

Great stay as always, whilst some of the rooms are a little dated, they are spotlessly clean with always plenty of hot water and more than adequate heating. Staff excellent, and spa area is nice to have after a day skiing.

The hotel was very nice. The perfect place to stay for a visit to Valance. The only negative was breakfast. Not a problem as there are many local options.

People on reception were excellent. Next to supermarket and Boulangerie and McDonald’s a few mins walk. 30 mins walk into town but quick taxi or car ride. Hotel was clean but needed some touches to update some maintenance like loose plug sockets and some bathroom fixings which could do with some update.
