We have been frequent visitors to the Ocean Edge Villages over the years. The condos are always very clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The gym has excellent equipment and is well cared for. Each time I used the treadmill, the attendant came in to check to see if there were plenty of oranges and amenities in the refrigerator. The Britteridge units are close to 6A and convenient for walking, biking, or driving.

Rooms were very nice and the Property and Pubs were very good. It is kind of off season and quite but when we checked in she said that beach chairs and towels will be available at the pool and beach but not true. Also no mention of parking space procedure at the Villages. It was very confusing of where to park ? A beautiful full place to stay all in all.

The main facility is nice, the mansion. The village is about 3/4 of a mile away from the main facility. It’s overall, a nice spot, our room had a funky mold smell but overall, good enough.

The villages, depending on where you stay are an 8 min drive away. Even if you stay in closer villages you still have to travel over a main road. There is a shuttle bus but you would not want to rely on that as they don't come that often. We drove everywhere. You don't feel like you're staying in the ocean edge resort, you feel like it's a trek to get there if you want to visit the beach/ mansion house. We didn't use the main facilities other than the beach which was lovely but only has chairs, no sun beds. We wanted to hire a bike to go on the bike trail but the bike huts were always closed so had to rent one from company locally. The room itself was very nice and had kitchen and living area and washing machine and dryer. Nice pool up in the villages which we enjoyed sitting at one day.

We stayed in 32C in Arbor Village. Proximity to the pool and Lynx restaurant was great. The one BR flat was very tidy. The open plan kitchen/living area was very pleasing and having a washer/dryer was a plus. The bedroom itself was fine, and the bed was spacious and comfortable. The sofabed, however, was a major disappointment. It looked fine as a sofa, but as a bed it was clearly dated, the mattress was thin and lumpy and WAY too short to accommodate anyone over 5’ in height. Had to sleep on the diagonal all 3 nights…and use pillows from the bedroom’s bed. Also, the snoring if the guest in the unit next to ours was completely audibke through the this LR wall. At those prices, I’d hoped for at least a decent night’s sleep…but that did not happen even once. Kitchen was well-equipped, though I’d suggest adding a shallow all-purpose rectangular pan. Tiny coffee maker was okay, but would have been tedious if more than one coffee drinker was staying there. Bathroom was okay, though dated with only so-so water pressure in the shower. Absence if shampoo & conditioner was noted. The grounds were lovely to walk and personnel were very helpful. Our room gave us welcome proximity to family members staying in Billington and Endicott Villages…and my daily lap swimming in the Fletcher Pool was heavenly!!
