"We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel, which is advertised as a four-star property but falls far below even a two-star standard. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the rating is highly misleading. There is no proper lobby, no noticeable facilities, and none of the amenities you would expect from a genuine four-star hotel. The room itself was very plain and basic, lacking comfort, quality, and attention to detail. It did not meet even the minimum expectations for a hotel of this supposed category. Additionally, the photos shown online do not accurately represent the reality of the property—they are misleading and create false expectations. We are left wondering who rated this hotel and on what basis, as it clearly does not meet standard hotel classification criteria. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a true four-star stay."

"Everything was perfect during my stay. The room and bathroom were spotless and had plenty of tea, coffee, toiletries which were replaced every day. The staff was very helpful with directions etc. I ate at the restaurant and the food was super and very reasonably priced. The waiter was so helpful. The bar staff was lovely too. Overall I loved every minute of my trip. Thank you"
