"We stayed at this property for more than 4 weeks and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The bed was defective and unusable for most of our stay, and the washing machine was broken — both essential amenities. While the owner responded to messages, the replies were vague and unhelpful, often just saying they were “working on it.” It took nearly the entire stay for the bed to be fixed, as did the washing machine.
