The hotel is tired and dated. The decor is old fashioned and there are parts of the hotel that are in need of updating or repair, especially the area near the ski locker room. There is a lack of atmosphere in the hotel, which is a shame as it could be a great place. It is in a great location for the ski lift, and the rooms were comfortable and showers were good.

Shockingly bad!

Absolutely shocking! Don’t stay here it’s a scam. They wait for you to pay, then after you have paid they tell you about all of the issues with the hotel. Whilst we were there it had no hot water and was dirty. They then informed us that they couldn’t provide a refund. They also initially said parking was free then tried to charge £10 per night. We had to stay somewhere else and are still chasing up a refund

On rĂ©serve 2 chambres , on nous donne 1 chambre confort avec frigo et une deuxiĂšme sans frigo, bouteille d'eau, clim ou ventilateur, obligĂ© de dormir fenĂȘtre ouverte . Parking de l'hĂŽtel payant. Les travaux ni fait ni a faire , notre chambre soi-diant rĂ©nover avec des toilettes supendues oĂč il faut s'asseoir de travers sinon on ne passe pas avec les canalisations . Plus de piscine , plus de salle de sport , pas de restaurant .... comment dire ! No comment .

Déçu par cet hÎtel qui a perdu son charme d'antan

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs déçus par cet hĂŽtel rachetĂ© rĂ©cemment par le groupe B&B Home. Nous y avions sĂ©journĂ© il y a quelques annĂ©es lorsqu’il faisait encore partie du groupe Mercure et c’était bien diffĂ©rent ! Nous avons constatĂ© un vieillissement important des infrastructures, surtout au niveau des parties communes, couloirs et ascenseurs en particulier, qui auraient besoin d’une sĂ©rieuse rĂ©novation. Par ailleurs l’entretien n’est pas au niveau non plus avec des chambres mal nettoyĂ©es, surtout les salles de bain et toilettes, et le service de recouche que nous avons dĂ» rĂ©clamer au bout de 4 jours (il est prĂ©vu en principe tous les 3 jours pour raison d’éco-responsabilitĂ©). Le local Ă  ski n’est pas nettoyĂ© non plus et beaucoup de dĂ©chets laissĂ©s par des rĂ©sidents indĂ©licats sont restĂ©s lĂ  toute la semaine. Le petit-dĂ©jeuner est plutĂŽt de bonne qualitĂ© mĂȘme si un peu de variations au fil des jours auraient Ă©tĂ© le bienvenu. La carte du restaurant du soir ne nous a pas inspirĂ©e et nous avons pris nos repas dans les nombreux restaurants de Brides. Le petit spa a Ă©tĂ© fermĂ© aussi mais un accĂšs au spa des Thermes a Ă©tĂ© nĂ©gociĂ© (attention toutefois Ă  prendre peignoir et serviette pour Ă©viter une surfacturation). Nous n’avons pas utilisĂ© le parking de l’hĂŽtel car il est possible de se garer dans un parking intĂ©rieur gratuit juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. Dans l’ensemble le personnel est plutĂŽt prĂ©venant et sympathique mĂȘme si certaines personnes Ă  l’accueil ne sont pas toujours bien informĂ©es.

Initiallement, nous avions choisi cet hotel pour les Thermes aprés le ski. Quelle déception quand nous sommes arrivés à l'hotel et qu'ils nous ont dit qu'elles étaient fermées !!! et que la piscine aussi ... pour choix écologique !!!. Lorsque le soir nous avons retrouvé notre chambre pas faite et plus de café, l'hotel nous a encore indiqué que c'était par choix écologique ....!!! Jamais ils ne nous en ont parlé à l'enregistrement !. Par ailleurs, on aurait aimé entendre un "bonjour" le matin ou un "joyeux noel !".... rien de tout çà... archi décevant
