"The desk clerk, Ryan, was so helpful and courteous when we checked in as well as checking out. He is an excellent representative of your company. He answered our questions and was helpful when someone hit our truck in the parking lot. He went above and beyond! The young lady at the breakfast area was great! She made sure the area was clean, items stocked for a quick breakfast and was genuinely kind. At night the hotel was quiet and our air conditioner worked pretty well. We asked for towels only the next morning, but another clerk either failed to tell housekeeping or something b/c I had to go to the desk to get them that next evening. The parking lot is very "tight" and it can make it difficult to get in and out of the parking in the mornings when it is full. Please commend Ryan and the young lady at the breakfast (I did not get her name) as they stood out in their service to us. We would definitely stay there again."

"The first room was dirty not cleaned yet then my room next 221 the shower heads broken and the wall in the shower is falling apart and you can hear everything above and around you there "

"Clean, staffed, quiet during night and early morning hours. Everything you would want after a fun day in Chattanooga to recharge."

"The room was smaller than it appeared in the photos. Verizon data service doesn't work well in this area, and the wifi was painfully slow especially when trying to update flight information. The $100 card hold could take 48 hours before being lifted Breakfast was good, but not extensive and the same thing every day. The coffee maker in my room didn't work, but there's free coffee in the lobby if you don't mind the walk."

"Parking was right in front of our door which made it easy for us senior citizens. Our room was clean. "

"The repair of the room was not good. Our room door was jacked, we could see light around the entire perimeter and the folding security latch was loosely hanging by two screws. Not the best!"
