Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire property. There is reliable high-speed internet throughout the entire property. Streaming services are available on flat-screen TVs.

Parking is available in front across from the house with up to 1 car.

A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you 48 hours before your arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

We provide a complimentary starter pack for guests with hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and trash can liners. We recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration.

Please note there is a Ring Flood Light security camera located at the front of the house facing the parking and entrance for your security. There are no cameras inside the property.

This impressive cabin offers modern amenities such as high-speed WiFi, laptop-friendly workstations, full-size kitchen and bathroom essentials.

Quiet neighborhood with easy access and paved roads leading to the property. Centrally located and within Camp QYB

Getting Around:
Highly recommend driving yourself to get around, there are plenty of activities around.

Other Things to Note:
☆You must be 18+ to book
☆The person that made the reservation needs to be present at the property for the duration of the reservation
☆No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result of the immediate cancellation of your reservation
☆No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed outside of the property
☆Guests will need to bring all personal toiletries including tooth paste, tooth brush, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
☆Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied

☆PETS☆
We love hosting pets! With an added pet fee of $75/pet. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message!

Just a few other notes! You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. We ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lay on if your pet prefers that. Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees.

We will enforce our cancellation policy agreed upon in the booking platform and STRONGLY encourage purchasing traveler insurance. We do not refund for weather, weather related issues or natural disasters.

Your satisfaction is my top priority. You will receive a confirmation shortly after booking that may include information on how to check-in, including Wi-Fi and all other pertinent details.
