4/5 - Good
It was a good location for touring around and quieter than some of the surfing towns. Roads are narrow and there are lots of coaches around on the roads.

Though Newtown may not have many top sights, you can venture to the surrounding area to see attractions like Aillwee Cave and Poulnabrone Dolmen.

We happened to find this gem and we will definitely be back. We were only there for one night, which was definitely not long enough. Gorgeous views, cozy rooms and delicious breakfast!

Adorable little cabin just off the road to Cliffs of Moher! Quiet, clean and wonderfully styled with a beautiful view of the pasture around us.

Monday seems to be the quietest day, and many business' are only open in the evening. However we had an excellent meal at the Wildflower Restaurant in the "Wild Atlantic Lodge" followed by excellent drinks in the Snug Bar
Lovely little village to visit
