Take in the picturesque scenery while lounging on the spacious beach, or set out to explore with one of the three pedal boats provided for guest use. In addition to your private shoreline, guests also have access to 176' of shared association beach located just to the right, as well as an association swim raft and clubhouse equipped with a ping pong table for some indoor fun.

Outdoor activities abound, with corn hole and Can-Jam available for a friendly game while soaking in the views. Boaters will appreciate the dock, which can accommodate boats up to 20' in length. With more than 40 miles of navigable waterways stretching across Long Lake, Brandy Pond, and Sebago Lake via the Songo River, endless adventures await on the water. Whether you’re paddling along the shoreline, cruising between lakes, or simply unwinding on the sandy beach, this home provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable getaway.
