"Stay was fine but upon checkin, I told them I needed to check out a day early. They said fine, but since I booked thru Hotels.com, I would have to get the cancellation of 1 of the 5 days from them (note that this was 5 days advance notice of cancellation of 1 day). Summary: Hotels.com contacted Home2Suites Flower Mound and my cancellation request was rejected. 5 days notice and it was denied. Shockingly bad customer care."

"What a wonderful little gem tucked away in what seems like the heart of Flower Mound. This was the perfect sized place for our stay, with everything we needed. Full kitchen, laundry, and the farm animals!! My husband and I enjoyed our stay here, highly recommend!"

"The house is absolutely beautiful. The kids had so much fun on the putting green and game room. Messaging the host on the app was very timely and responsive. There was one issue with the heated pool but the hosts were again very helpful and made it right for our trip. Would definitely stay again if in the area! "

"My husband and I brought our daughter’s family to visit our son in Flower Mound. The location was perfect—near a grocery store and restaurants. The pool was so nice for the grandchildren. Our host was very communicative and thoughtful. We had a wonderful stay!"

"Great place for a large group…lots of space and close to 35E for easy access around DFW. There is also a nice park right up the street that has a disc golf course and walking path as well as a playground. The weather was too cold to use the pool and we could not get the hot tub to warm up but in the hot summer months, it would be the highlight of the house. "

"It was okay but could have been better. At check in there was an infestation of wasps at the front door we mentioned it to the host right away and was told they would send someone out to spray for them, no one ever went out until the evening of the following day because I had to message the host again about it. The shower head in the king bedroom broke off when my husband was showering and hit him in the head which they did come and fix when I messaged about it. The TV in the king bedroom does not work seems like the WiFi doesn’t reach that far because nothing would load kept saying connection error so we had no TV in the room the whole stay. There is also NO extra bedding for the 2 pullout couches had we knew that we would have brought our own bedding. Overall it was clean and spacious just not the best especially with the wasp swarming the front door the whole stay. "

"The house is amazing and amenities can't be beat. We did have to reach out to the property manager for some help with a few things so I would suggest a house manual that people can read to help answer some questions. The property manager was very responsive and quick. The outside looked unkept, but the lawn maintenance came the very next morning and was able to clean it up to acceptable for our use. It's a great place and we will be back."
