"We are so pleased with the Alte Kaufhaus in Luneburg.! Always coming back on our travels to the Netherlands. All Staff is super! Location very good , breakfast amazing and parking in the hotelgarage makes everything easy. Beds are comfortable and we always have a good laugh at the "!signs" in the the room. "I checked in on 4/26/26 ( Saturday ) my room was never cleaned until 5/2/26 ( Sunday) as I questioned the front desk why on 5/1 /26. I was told the “ apartment” is scheduled to be cleaned twice a week on Tuesday and Friday . First I was told 5/1 was public holiday, cleaning service was off. But I was cleaning lady was cleaning the room cross hallway from me and another leaning lady was cleaning a room in another section of the hallway. Another thing when I came back on 5/1 evening, my room light were on which I turned off when I left in the morning."
