Room is very old and not in the greatest shape condition wise. Staff is helpful and location is very convenient to the Duomo. If the room had new carpeting it would be better

What a wonderful hotel, so glad my research led me to it!! I am very picky with hotels and am only happy in new luxury hotels and this hotel was fabulous! Even the air conditioning was wonderful and I almost never can say that!! Perfect hotel, will only stay here when I return to Milan from now on. Area around hotel is good too, with dining, shopping and gelato options you won’t be disappointed!

Had a wonderful stay for two nights. The only problem was the pillows. Would’ve loved better fluffier pillows. Would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel.

"The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Many choices for the breakfast foods from fruits homemade cakes and pastries, omelets and variety of cereals and more. However, we did find some bugs in the room which were addressed and compensated for."

"I would have given the hotel a 5 starts reviews if it wasn’t for two things, 1- no USBC in the rooms only usb connection, hotel had no European outlet converter, which I traveled for a month around Europe and had no issue in any other hotel as all had the updated usbc connection 2- the AC it doesn’t ..."
