"Fantastic stay and the perfect family reset!Our family of four (plus our pup, Fred) had an absolutely wonderful stay at this motorhome just outside of Cedar. The accommodations were exceptionally clean, surprisingly spacious, and provided the perfect setup for our family.While the property itself gave us that nostalgic, relaxing camping vibe—offering a much-needed reset from the normal rush of everyday life and work—we spent most of our days exploring. The location is perfect. The surrounding area truly offers everything you could want, from great boating and scenic hikes to charming small towns, excellent eateries, and plenty of ice cream spots.A massive thank you to our host, Cameron, and his family. He was incredibly inviting, communicative, helpful, and kind from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a better experience or better hosts. We highly recommend this spot!"

"We stayed here for a week with our entire family of 7 adults and 4 kids so used all the beds. The location was quite convenient right in Cedar with a coffee shop, ice cream shop, gas, and grocery store within walking distance. It was quite warm during our stay and the A/C was nice except that the upstairs bedroom did not cool down like the downstairs; always about 5 degrees warmer. It might be important to some folks that the coffee maker is a Keurig machine and not a regular drip coffee maker. There is no dishwasher. A bit of an inconvenience was that the bunkbed room and the room with the double bed do not have a closet or dresser to unpack/store clothes. Even some well-placed hooks on the wall would improve that. The two downstairs bedrooms had closets but no dressers. Overall, I thought the price was a little high for the quality of the accommodation."

"This bed and breakfast is 20 minutes from downtown Traverse City and 25 minutes from Interlochen. Each morning I saw deer and other wildlife from the balcony. Sue was a wonderful host. Her breakfast is delivered hot and fresh each morning. Try the biscuits and gravy."

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was great to be able to just walk down to the dock with my kids and go fishing! Enjoyed grilling and eating at the picnic table. Beautiful, shaded property that was well maintained. The cottage was also very comfortable and clean. Really made some good memories with our time here and I would love to come back and stay in the very same place next time!!"

"My entire family of adult kids and partners enjoyed a wonderful week together! While the main room is not huge, we all managed to find a space to watch the FIFA World Cup games. Be aware that there is not a sandy entry or bottom to the lake and our white dogs came out looking like half and halves! No worries as there was a hose available to spray them down. It was wonderful having the pontoon boat available to spend time as a group out on the water. Some of our party had paddle boards and we all spent hours fishing off the boat. Only caught one, but the competition was fierce! If you have little ones( people or dogs!) bring a baby gate and you can let them free on the deck after blocking off the entrance. The only problem was that the dishwasher didn't seem to clean very well - we had to essentially prewash before putting anything in there. We appreciate having an owner open to dogs and larger groups at an affordable rate! Thanks Lizzie!"

"The perfect setting for a relaxing upnorth getaway. Close enough to downtown TC but with a quiet country setting. The place was very clean and up to date and the perfect size for 2 adults and a small dog. Bed was comfortable and the grounds were so quiet. The horses next door will greet you and they are so friendly. There are some great wineries near by with beautiful views, highly recommend the Rove winery down the road. Just a short drive to the Sleeping Bear dunes/hikes/and beaches and the weather was mild, warm and beautiful for June. Just a recommendation to bring toiletries and coffee pods for the Keurig."
