Could be a little cleaner

Had everything that we needed for a one-night stay as we were passing through. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and everything worked well. We had to walk past the smoking rooms (obvious cigarette smell) to get to our non-smoking room but it was smoke and odor-free, so no complaints there.

The rug had stains. The bathroom had some stains on the fixtures and walls. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The bed sheets were clean and I like that they wash the bedding and sheets after each guest stay. The outlets were too loose to plug things into.

Most of the reviews I have seen are accurate. Very noisy from room to room with paper thin walls. The hotel is not in a very convenient location to the town, and I would say quite unkempt for an establishment that charges such a high nightly rate. The staff members were nice, but policies were not very accommodating (late checkout charge no matter how many minutes/hours are requested). Destination fee is just nickel and diming patrons for no addes benefit. I will gladly stay elsewhere next time I am in the area.
