Servicio muy bueno, check in muy bien. El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido, es muy viejo. El baño le falta mantenimiento y más limpieza a profundidad, estaba un poco empolvado y manchas blancas... cuando quite la cobija de adorno que va en la cama salieron 2 mini bichitos. El segundo día no nos quitaron la taza sucia ni el vaso... el desayuno muy bien y excelente servicio aunque falta un poco de variedad en proteína. La ubicación muy buena, cerca de un Mercadona y la estación del metro. Las paredes son un poco delgadas y se escuchan los ruidos de los otros huéspedes cuando llegan a su cuarto. Las almohadas son muy muy delgadas. Lo ideal sería tener smart TV o mínimo poder cambiar el audio de la televisión.

An excellent hotel in a quiet, safe area of Madrid. The staff were courteous, helpful and very accommodating.
The room is clean, modern, and very spacious but the bathroom is a little bit dated.

Buena limpieza, personal amable, buen desayuno, habitación con el colchón demasiado blando para mi. Aunque lo avisan-no hay ascensor y si muchas escaleras. Hay que tenerlo en cuenta sobre todo para las personas mayores como es nuestro caso

Friendly exceptionally clean hotel with wonderful menu for dinner. Good wine list at friendly prices. The bed was a medical grade mattress which was a bit too firm for us. Hotel muy bien ubicado para conocer tanto Fermosellle como la zona de Arribes del Duero. Nos alojamos en una suite, bastante amplia y cama cómoda. A destacar el restaurante ya que se come de lujo, con productos de la zona de excelente calidad y platos exquisitos muy bien elaborados.
