"It's a quaint little cabin from yesteryear. It was fine for the limited use we needed but glad we didn't stay any longer just because it's worn out. Kind of like camping indoors😅 It has a newer section that's beautiful but the main cabin is very tired and there is some spongy flooring in the living room that's carpeted over. There is a moldy and wood smoke smell that was noticeable but didn't bather us much with open windows. The beach is rocky and a short steep dirt path takes you there. ...

"Beautiful private cabin right on the beach. Harbor porpoises, birds, seals all visible from the deck. Sweet classic cabin with everything you need. Would be a small challenge for someone with mobility issues as the trail down is steep but the cabin is worth it."

"Very special quiet retreat. I loved the setting: a beautiful meadow surrounded by mountains. The Dosewallips is a short walk away and you can hear it from the cabin. The cabin is adorable and not small, with plenty of space for yoga. The bed was comfy, the outhouse incredibly clean. I hope to return. "

"This was our second stay here and it was just as great as the first time. The kids loved playing in the basement, the adults loved enjoying a cocktail on the deck, and we all loved kayaking and exploring the beach at low tide. We will definitely be back for a third stay!"

"Stayed just a few nights for a brief reset with the wife and had a great time. Arrived to a smoke detector with a low battery in the bedroom but Susan was extremely responsive and had batteries on site for me to replace right away. Wish it was a bit more remote but enjoyed the fire pit and the interior has been updated with a clear vision in mind and executed well. Would definitely stay again. "
