Melissa was an absolute delight, she offered me a different room from the original one I had booked, that would accommodate my needs perfectly and I’m very grateful for that. She truly made my birthday trip so much better!! Arthur, as well as the rest of the front desk staff, the bartenders, servers, porters, security etc., everybody was very kind and helpful. It definitely felt like a five star experience, and I can only recommend this place from the bottom of my heart. I had a wonderful room with a beautiful view. The interior design is stunning. The convenience of the location is amazing. The rooms are all clean and the amenities, even though I didn’t use many of them, were hi baby"

"Loved this hotel! Room was very nice and very clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Nice buffet breakfast and ai loved the beautifully landscaped courtyard with fire pits and chairs you could relax at. Abd you can pretty much walk to the airport if needed. They even have a pack your own to go breakfast for travelers that have to leave bedore the buffet starts. Definitely highly recommend this hotel!"
