Welcome to your private retreat in leafy Ferny Hills, a spacious two-storey, 3-bedroom home designed for comfort and relaxation. Bedroom downstairs has Queen bed and ensuite and there are 2 rooms available upstairs with a shared bathroom. One bedroom upstairs has a King bed while the office can sleep one or two people on a futon. Will provide one single futon in this room.

With two generous living areas and a fully self-contained layout, this property is perfect for families, friends, or small groups seeking space and convenience. Step outside and you’ll find a sparkling pool surrounded by multiple outdoor spaces, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee, reading in the afternoon sun, or winding down in the evening breeze.
