his was our first visit to your hotel as we usually stay elsewhere when we go to the theatre. But not anymore!! We loved it. We read that it had been recently refurbished and it’s a great job. I loved little touches like the fact that the curtains in the lovely bar area only go to head height and above that is open blinds and a view of the trees!! So nice X Reception area so user friendly and staff so pleasant if you needed help. Bar staff so attentive and nice. Little touches in the room like the fixed mirror being closer than the sliding one which makes applying makeup easier!! (awesome bathroom design by the way!) and also the best bedside charging station we’ve seen. And a pleasant walk to the theatre!! Well done Novotel! We’ll be back!!!

We travelled interstate by car and found parking at the hotel easy, convenient and well-priced, although a little snug for our large vehicle! Check in was quick and simple and we were quickly settled in our clean, well-appointed room overlooking the park - a lovely outlook. The buffet breakfast featured an impressive range of dishes and the quality was fantastic. The hotel was conveniently located for our one-night stay, within walking distance West End and the South Bank ferry stop to explore the city.
