Great location close to freeway entry and exit points as well as supermarkets and eateries. Spacious apartment with everything we needed, secure parking and polite and welcoming staff. The room was a bit dated in the decor but that's a minor point. Would stay again.

Great 3brm apartment

The 3 bedroom at Springwood is a spacious apartment for 5-6 people. Very handy to eating places close by and a nearby Coles supermarket too. Very close to motorway.

Location was great. Two onsite restaurants - Asian & Indian with good food. Walking distance to local shopping centre and other restaurants & pub. Our 1 bedroom apartment on the 7th floor was spacious and clean. Decor is a little outdated but nice. Bath with overhead shower was a little difficult to step into. Needs a hand rail. Laundry nicely concealed behind mirrored sliding doors in the bathroom. Large full length balcony from living area & bedroom. Balcony seating would have been nice. Onsite staff were friendly and accommodating.

Booked 1 bedroom apartment, 2nd bedroom was locked as would be expected but so was the main bathroom which left us to use a tiny ensuite bathroom. Split system aircon in lounge area was not blowing cold air, fan provided in bedroom was cheapo pedestal fan that did nothing. Good location and very spacious apartment, also very clean but quite dated.

power went out in our room several times due to an electrical problem in room. staff were very good and responded quickly but unfortunately the room we moved to was not clean had stains all over carpet. the new room was alot quieter from highway noise though, the new room had a funky smell and just felt like thats all they had availabe so plonked us there.

The apartment hotel is fairly close to the motorway; however, double glazing on the glass doors blocked out all the noise from the motorway. Our apartment was spacious & clean with everything we needed to enjoy a comfortable stay. The bed was a little hard for us; a bamboo topper would easily address that. The apartments are walking distance to Thai Orchid restaurant; the best dining option in the area, in our opinion. Good service, great ambience & delicious food. We also dined at the Chinese restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. We were the only diners. We were very unimpressed with the conduct of one of the male staff who sat in the dining room having a rather heated discussion with a woman in Chinese on speaker. It was very loud & completely ruined our dining experience. He eventually took himself & his phone call out the back door of the restaurant, but should have done so right from the start. We considered his behaviour very rude & unacceptable. The lady who took our orders & served our meals was very pleasant. The seafood meal was very disappointing. The seafood was tough, the vegetables very hard & the sauce tasted like hot water mixed with cornflour. Yuk! Our comments in no way reflect on our opinion of the apartment hotel, as we would happily stay there again, but will never dine at the Chinese restaurant again. There is also an Indian restaurant there, so we will try that next time.
