Staff was wonderful & accommodating. Rooms were unique, but could use some updating & a deeper clean. If you are a light sleeper make sure to ask for a room on a higher floor. Info states there is a restaurant & room service, but it doesn’t open until 5PM & not open at all Sunday & Monday.

For the price I paid, I expected better amenities and a clean room. Whilst the sheets were clean, you could see there were dusty spots and the carpets looked really dated. Mind you, this property is only 2 years old so I expected a lot more from the hotel. Breakfast was a “grab & go” - meaning just a table with pastry and we could order barista coffee. For the price we paid, I really expected more. That said, staff were incredibly helpful and location is great (minutes away from Central). I would consider this place only if it’s paid by work and purely as a stopover.

From the minute we arrived and were greeted by Jericho at reception we were entralled. A generous and kind room upgrade and all the little important details made this overnight stay feel like a week long vacation. We will be back to hopefully stay for longer next visit.

A great place to stay.

My room was fantastic. Loved having a sitting room to watch TV. The bathroom was so luxurious. The bed was comfortable with another TV to watch. Very friendly and helpful staff. Still can't get over the restored elevator. A very nice hotel.
