The entire holiday complex comprises 3 flats with 3.5 rooms each and a small studio. All permanently let to holiday guests from German-speaking Switzerland.
The flat is habitable all year round; we heat with an air heat pump and generate electricity via a new PV system. The swimming pool is heated via solar panels in the early and low season.
The beautifully landscaped garden of the entire complex is always well maintained and offers various seating areas that are open to all guests.
For example, there is a large sunbathing lawn above the swimming pool with deckchairs, parasol and magnificent views of Lake Maggiore - towards Ascona and also to Luino!
