The two-storey flat, with two terraces and a wonderful view over Lake Maggiore towards Italy and the Swiss Alps, is just a few steps away from the beautiful lakeside promenade. Thanks to the privileged location on the 5th floor of a building on a hill about 100 metres from the lakefront road, you can enjoy the tranquillity and relative distance from the bustling city life. The high-quality furnishings offer the best conditions for a truly relaxing holiday.
The two-level flat, with its two terraces, is very close to the lakeside promenade and offers splendid views of Lake Maggiore. Along the lakeside promenade there are several restaurants where you can relax, and there is also a docking station of the Navigazione Lago Maggiore shipping company. From here you can take a boat to Italy (e.g. Cannobbio or Luino) or to Ascona, Locarno or the charming Brissago Islands. The cosy furnishings and central location of the two-storey flat offer the best conditions for truly relaxing days of holidaying. Downstairs, in addition to a modern bathroom with shower, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a wonderful view of the lake from the adjoining veranda, the other with a comfortable 120x200 cm bed. A few steps lead up to the upper floor, where there is a well-furnished living room with dining area, a well-equipped kitchen and a modern guest WC. The generous living room enchants with its Ticino charm, thanks to the high ceiling with wooden beams and an open fireplace. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace, where you can live and relax in splendid tranquillity all day long. Evening arrives. Then you can enjoy the blue hour with an aperitif or enjoy a romantic candlelight dinner. You will have all the possibilities and the beautiful lake always before your eyes. And what could be nicer than having breakfast the next morning with that breathtaking view of the lake? This accommodation is also suitable for guests who are not very able to walk. A parking space is reserved for you in the building's underground garage. From there, the lift will take you comfortably to the fifth floor. Then, just take a few steps and climb a few stairs to be greeted by the cosy atmosphere of the flat. A grocery shop, a bakery, a pharmacy, several restaurants and cafés, as well as a bar offering, among other things, delicious croissants and drinks, are just a few steps away. Another tip: anyone wishing to find out more about the life and work of the Italian composer Ruggero Leoncavallo is not far away. The museum dedicated to him is nearby.
