Private entrance leads to spacious 800 sq ft studio apartment over garage of beautiful home. Easy parking, full size bed, full bath, pull out sofa couch, central AC. Further amenities include sink, coffee maker, microwave, small fridge, island with seating for two, wifi, cable and TV. Just a 5 minute walk to the Kicky River to kayak or fish! Less than 10 min to downtown and RWU! In-ground pool NOT INCLUDED but may be accessed during stay with prior host approval. NO PETS or SMOKING

The check-in process was very easy. Michel was very responsive. The apartment was beautiful very nicely, furnished, clean, comfortable, and instructions on where to park were provided prior to check-in.

Studio was cute but we would have appreciated real dishes & silverware. We only had breakfast there but only plates & plastic silverware were provided, & no bowls for cereal.
