We are the Berman's, my name is Joshua, my wife Nancy, two sons live in the home. We have a beautiful guest bedroom with a separate entrance. You will have a private full bathroom and a private patio. We provide clean towels, soap, shampoo, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A lovely spacious room with a cute little balcony - a perfect place to have breakfast, or sip. A glass of wine in the afternoon and watch the neighborhood. The beach was only 4 blocks away. Close to the Norman Bird Sanctuary, the Green Topiary Animals, and wineries, and all that Aquidneck Island has to offer.

Nice studio with lots of room and a cute little deck for relaxing after a day of sightseeing in Newport! It’s just a few blocks to the beach in a quiet little area. Perfect location for taking in the sights of Newport and the surrounding areas!

This was a comfortable spot.It was very clean and had great amenities. We enjoyed the beach and the restaurants we visited. Two drawbacks: We couldn't figure out the tv and the chickens woke my husband. We would definitely stay again.

Everything You Need!

Perfect spot with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed getting to know Portsmouth better and loved being able to walk to the water, restaurants and still close enough to Newport for a wedding too. Clean, private and comfortable! We enjoyed the kids lemonade and cookie stand outside as well.
