For this unit, they don’t allow you to have a parking spot for places with less than 2 bedrooms which was very frustrating since parking is very difficult and expensive in downtown Newport, especially since this unit was also very expensive to stay for 3 nights and we had a baby. "I have stayed at many VRBOs in the past and this by far was the best one I have ever stayed in. We were greeted with plenty of coffee, creamer, fresh eggs, popcorn and a kitchen full of staples. Anything you would need for your stay was in the home. The home is comfortable and very well kept. The owner is right next door and the most pleasant person you will ever meet. We absolutely can’t wait to visit again. If visiting Massachusetts I highly recommend this VRBO. You will not be disappointed....
