"Excellent hotel we were in room 925. When the AC or heat came on the vent rattled making a loud noise. Heavy rust covers the door hinges to the bathroom which is not normal for a Marriott property. "

"Stayed in room 7 on top floor and it was lovely. Beautiful new bathroom. It was a good walk to the French Quarter but we don't mind exercise. There were plenty of options for grab and go breakfast and a nice sitting area. The air conditioner was so loud that we needed to switch turn the cooling off at night. The internet was terrible and did not allow us to watch TV or stream anything for more than a few minutes without buffering. And it usually buffered for 2-10 minutes. So don't plan on working online without your own hotspot. Other than that, the staff person was very friendly and the room was well-appointed. "

"Everything about our stay was impeccable (other than our room view and some construction noise that we were made well aware of prior)! We cannot wait to go back many more times. The website did not do justice for what the reality was and it was only made better by the top notch service by every single staff member we encountered. We absolutely loved our stay and would just request a better room location next time!!!! But that was not their fault. :)"

"Clean rooms, enjoyable staff, the shuttle was the most important to and from downtown Charleston! The convenience of a restaurant above along with a bar… made it easy to visit with friends that came locally. I appreciated the convenience to all over Charleston! Thank you, Holiday Inn Riverview for an enjoyable stay and I hope I can find great rates. The next time I come!"
