"Our room was very clean. The shower was great, as were the fresh towels every day. The bed and pillows were super comfy too. We really missed not being able to make a cup of coffee in our room when we wake up, and there wasn’t a free cup of coffee to be had downstairs either (we like our coffee!). When I reserved our room (via Expedia) it was listed that breakfast was included, but when checking in we were told that no, it wasn’t included. There was confusion with the staff as to us even being able to eat breakfast in the dining area, so we ate off site the first 3 days, which added $30-40/day to our daily expenses. We then found out on day 4 that we could eat breakfast at the adjoining Hyatt, so our last 2 breakfasts were there, and they were excellent, as was their staff. The valet service gentlemen were wonderful and always went above and beyond for us."
