"David is very communicative and welcoming. The house is a decent size and the rooms generous. In a lovely and quiet part of Melbourne, close enough to the train station. The house has almost everything you could wish for even a NutriBullet! There is plenty cutlery, utensils, crockery etc available. I prepared most of the Christmas meal for my in laws’ house in the kitchen. The wifi was great. The reverse cycle air conditioner was nice and warm! Yes we needed heating as it was so cold at Christmas. It was great to open the windows and get air in too at nights and the type of windows mean lots of air can get in. (We really liked this). There is a little sun room which we set up with our dogs’ crates. Thank you David. "

"Unfortunately the house was not to standard with cleaning and presentation. It looks as though there are multiple people who live there permanently, with clothing and personal belongings in the drawers and cupboards. A mish mash of kitchen cutlery and serving ware, including cups, bowls and plates. With inadequate supply of cutlery and utencils. No clothes dryer made it difficult to dry clothes during our stay. And there was no lightening in the laundry. Put a real disappointment on a stay that had so much potential, the house is a perfect size to suit large families. With excellent heating!I recommend a complete clean out of the house and have minimal furnishings to reduce the need for excessive cleaning. Purchase of new sets for the kitchen in cutlery and serving ware. Also the circular beds although may be pleasing to the eye for some people, where no way comfortable. "

"This property is close to all amenities with shops, cinema and train station, all within a 5 minute drive. Well presented, with off street parking and garage access, should you require. A nice little rear garden to relax after a long day."
