We had another great stay at Avani Box Hill. Perfect location near to wonderful restaurants, great shopping and public transport. Staff are lovely; friendly, welcoming, helpful, efficient. Rooms are spacious and fully contained, modern decor, beds are comfortable. Will stay there again next time.

I stayed here for 10 nights while I attended a course. A perfect welcome from a male staff member. The property is not badly positioned. Best to book parking within location as it’s all metered otherwise. Clean, very quiet and the area felt safe. A park with 1km walking/running track outside the door almost. A decent cafe next door. Eateries are scarce so best if you have a vehicle. Close to hospital if you need to be close to a hospital. Rooms are spacious enough and are well equipped for a longer stay with gas stove top, oven, microwave, kettle, pod coffee machine and toaster. Secure apartment. The staff leave you alone which was great. I highly recommend this location and would stay again.

Fingermarks on various .mirrors doors , kitchen doors.Apart from fingermarks the cleanliness and housekeeping was of a high standard.Staff were all friendly helpful and professional.They responded very well to all requests. We would not hesitate to stay there and intend to in the near future.

Good location near shops and transport
Convenient location. Friendly staff. Bathrooms functional but taps spilled water everywhere with anything other than low flow. Kitchen lacked some basics like fry pan. Very limited gym. Heated rooftop pool and spa were nice.

Apartment a little small for a 2 bedroom but it was well appointed with everything you need. There is enough parking which is good and the location is great for families. Beds and couch could be more comfortable but that is my personal taste. My only real negative feedback is the TV did not work in the main room for the duration of the stay despite front desk staff trying to fix it on the day it was reported. Service and front desk staff were very polite and helpful.
