"The room was very clean! The hotel was amazingly beautiful. The hotel staff including the front desk were so nice… the free shuttle service and the drivers were amazing! The bed on the other hand had one of the hardest pillows I have ever slept on. Like a rock to a garden… We went to the front desk to look for a place to get pizza and it would have been nice if we were directed to have the option of room service ordered or at least a menu in the room. Other than that it was a great overnight stay…"

"Multiple areas to discuss here. (1) Positive-- Staff was incredible & helpful at all times. Property located center of downtown, very clean & newly renovated. (2) Negative--- parking is limited to 10 spots. Street parking is limited 3hrs & almost impossible to find a spot. Parking garage behind motel is free on top level. Motel is located in center of downtown, so very noisy. Windows dont block any noise, walls very thin so can hear everything in rooms next to yours & outside. Night 1,Got woken up 145am to cars burning out & racing around area, basically can hear every & anything all the time. No vending machines & amenities of any kind. It's just a place to sleep honestly. Very basic."
