From the moment we arrived, staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. They checked in to ensure everything was perfect and handled every request with kindness. What stood out most was the exceptional cleanliness of the entire hotel including our room. Housekeeping maintained it to a meticulous standard. It was clear that the staff goes beyond routine cleaning—they aim for perfection. Definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed at during our travels. Had a celebratory dinner at Morton's Steakhouse, Exceptional service and atmosphere that elevated the entire experience. Every detail—from the attentive staff to the perfectly cooked dinners—made this one of the best dining experiences. Upon noticing that it was a family celebration they created a personal touch by printing special graduation menus."

"The room looks nice. There were some condition issues. Example chipped marble, some wallpaper, not lining up put the Internet did not work at all constantly bouncing in and out and very limited phone service. Not a good choice if you’re here for work or need to communicate with anybody."

"Had a fantastic stay here, wonderful welcome from Brian on the front desk, and also a complimentary upgrade to a suite which was a very nice surprise. All the staff were great and the hotel is lovely. Enjoyed the gym and the indoor pool area. Good location to explore lovely Saratoga Springs for our short stopover on the way to NYC."
