Extremely friendly and very gracious. It was an amazing stay and definitely worth staying if you’re wanting a very nice hotel in the centre. It took about 5/10 minutes to walk form the hotel to all the shops. Definitely recommend.

Amazing hotel! Everything was spotless, the rooms were extremely clean, the bathroom was great and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we loved that coffee was available anytime.
The location is excellent – you can easily walk everywhere (around 30–40 minutes to most attractions), which made exploring Prague so easy.
From start to finish, everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Good location for being in the middle of the main street. Breakfast was nice. Hotel was clean and smelled fresh when walking into my room. It is East Europe and the rooms are antiquated in that power outlets are not many. Only stayed for one night so I didn’t get to see the spa but from the looks ...
