"Hallways and entrances were not clean. Bedding was old with horrible pillows. People were smoking marijuana and cigarettes in their rooms throughout the night. Guy next door had his tv on from midnight til 4:00 am. Worst night ever. "

"Breakfast was disappointing. We have stayed at this location since it was new. Use to offer a nice hot breakfast with eggs, meat and oatmeal. Now all they have our predone wrapped sandwiches and instant oatmeal. My husband was very disappointed. Went to McDonalds. Coffee fair. Furniture in room torn and scratched. Definitely need to upgrade furnishings. No hot water....lukewarm shower. Side entrances dirty. We will not be coming back for awhile. Much better hotels in area."

"This was an amazing hotel in Rockford that I would highly suggest anybody stay at. Everything was amazing. Very updated Look in the old warehouse. Look turned into a hotel was really neat. Beautiful shower, soft comfortable bed and a top notch breakfast. Would 100% stay again. "

"Hotel was beautiful with a very soft bed. Lots of extra pillows a nice, clean bathroom. The staff were super friendly. Everything was amazing except I will say the only downfall is that it’s right next to an abandoned shopping center, which is not their fault of course. Also, the breakfast would’ve been good except the eggs were smelly and watery which made me afraid to eat them. Other than the eggs, the rest was delicious and it had a beautiful view of the river."
