Simple Life is a LUXURY, 2 MASTER BEDROOM/2 MASTER BATHROOM CABIN nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac, among tall pines and a seasonal creek with an unobstructed mountain view. Simple Life is the perfect setting for those that enjoy privacy and the outdoors. Simple Life features two master bedroom suites, king size beds, 40″ HDTV with Smart TV, and French doors to the outdoor deck. Each bath area has a tiled walk in shower, garden soaking tub, and double vanities with granite counter tops.

The spacious living and kitchen area features hand-crafted timber frame trusses and floor to ceiling windows. The living area offers a gas log fireplace, 55″ HDTV Smart TV, comfortable seating/lounging furniture with queen pull-out sofa. The open kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded appliances, granite counter tops and a farm-house style sink. A large working-island for meal preparation and social gathering completes the space.

The covered deck features comfortable seating areas, gas-log fireplace, 4 person hot-tub, and gas grill (propane provided). Simple Life offers plenty of space outdoors on a large lot with a seasonal creek. There is a fire pit to keep you warm while you enjoy the surrounding peaceful forest.

Great cabin!!!

The split bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect for two people traveling alone or two couples. Large showers and beds and the patio and view is perfect. Definitely will plan to visit again.

Great Place for a Getaway

Loved every part of this cabin and we will definitely be back! So peacful and relaxing. Lots of deer around and the creek filled up with rain the first day and my daughter enjoyed exploring it the next day when the rain stopped.

Perfect little cabin

Great 2 bedroom cabin with identical king suites, comfortable living space and well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed the outdoor space as much as the indoors. The hot tub, outdoor covered deck with outdoor gas fireplace and outdoor fire pit were perfect. Plenty of seating in all areas of the house as well as outdoors. Would definitely rent again!

Fishing Weekend

My boys and I stayed at the cabin for a family fishing trip. The interior was spotless when we arrived. Everything we needed for cooking was provided plus more. All appliances worked great. The property owner was very accommodating. We’ll definitely stay there again.

Amazing Cabin

This cabin was beyond my expectations. It had everything I needed, very clean and well kept. Comfortable beds!!! Nice patio with hot tub and 2 amazing master suites. Owners were very nice and attentive to any needs. Would definitely stay again!

Great cabin

Beautiful cabin, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice furnishings and great outdoor hot tub and fire pit. Street (dirt and rock road) was terrible! Very hard to navigate.

Great Escape

This cabin has all the comforts of home in a tranquil environment. It is close to all the activities and unique food establishments. I highly recommend staying here. They have thought of everything: extra blankets and pillows, beach towels, hot tub, and tons of games. It was relaxing and quiet and perfect for our family.

Great location. The people around the area where alittle loud at nite while tryingto enjoy the hot tub. But other then that had a wonderful stay. The owners have a beautiful property.

Stay at Simple Life

The house and property were beautiful! There were 2 identical king size bed rooms with large adjoining bathrooms, a nice front porch and large back deck. The living room, kitchen and dining area are all open concept. All four of us (2 couples) thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay and would certainly consider this property again in the future.

Leaving hustle and bustle behind after Christmas

We were looking for a quick trip out of Houston within driving distance that would allow us to disconnect for a few days and enjoy the trees and hills of SE Oklahoma. The cabin was excellent and secluded, yet not too far from the main highway and businesses of Hochatown. All of our objectives and expectations were met. It was a great few days to recharge before the new year.

BLACK CRAPPIE FISHING

This property was set up perfectly for our fishing trip with another couple. We each had a bedroom/bathroom separated by living area. Kitchen was equipped extremely well. Outdoor porch rested among the tall trees with a hot tub, fireplace, grill and comfortable seating. We relaxed and enjoyed every minute!

Fantastic Home in a great location!

We stayed 4 nights ever easter weekend and really wanted to extend the trip. The cabin itself was completely as advertised. The road to the cabin is a little rough, but easily traversed with caution even in a small sedan. All the amenities were as advertised, accessing the cabin was easy and everything was very clean. There is a small creek in the back which is great to sit and listen to in the morning by the outdoor fire with some coffee :) When we head back to hochatown we will be looking for this cabin again!

Best Birthday Getaway

Very nice property. Property exactly as you see it in the pictures. The property was clean and there was ample fire wood and other supplies provided. We got lost and ended up at the wrong cabin and the property owner stayed on the phone with us and gave us turn by turn directions. Once we found the property the owner waited on the phone with us until we got into the cabin. I will definitely come back!

One of best places ever!

We have stayed in a lot of VRBO’s in other places as well as Broken Bow. It’s a Simple Life deserves a 5 plus rating due to the accommodations, room spaces, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, gas grill hooked to main house, hot tub and outdoor firepit. The owners have thought of every amenity needed in a house and then some! Trips was an incredibly beautiful location with great sunset views. There is nothing better than staring your day with coffee next to the outdoor fireplace on the deck and ending it in the hot tub or next to firepit at sunset! We will be back as often as possible at Simple Life!

Beautiful cabin with lots of amenities!

My mom, two sisters and myself stayed at this beautiful cabin for a long weekend. The cabin was wonderful and had any/all amenities needed and wanted. The indoor/outdoor fireplaces were awesome as well as the hot tub. The only issue we had had nothing to do with the cabin, but the roads leading to the cabin were not well maintained, so lots of pot holes. This would not stop us from staying here again though. We’d just make sure we drove taller vehicles.

Pre-Thanksgiving Getaway

Beautiful setting, clean and well appointed. Kitchen has the essentials if you want to prepare meals for yourself. (Be sure to bring your own spices, cooking oils, etc.) Home has two separate HVAC units that allow guests to set the temperature of each bedroom individually, which would be a perk if two couples were staying there together. Property owner communicates extremely well and will provide you with all the instructions you need well before you arrive. I’m certain that we will be staying there again in the future.

Simple life!

Perfect! Gorgeous clean Cabin! Fully stocked kitcken.. all the little details were thought of from s’mores sticks to detergent! The only thing we bought was food (if you plan on cooking)!The stocked Books, movies and board games were a hit with the kiddos. Great location- everything was just a short drive-food, parks, shopping and rentals! The Talihina Byway was worth the drive! We were so sad to leave but we made some of the best family memories! Broken Bow Trip

The place we stayed at had some issues: 1. One bedroom had noisy air unit inside. 2. TV difficult to watch because it was very high over the fireplace. Had to look up and hurt your neck watching after a period of time. 3. The owners ask us to wash towels and sheets when leaving. What were we paying them for? 4. Roads were all washed out very difficult to get from highway to cabin. Terrible road infrastructure! 5. To get out of circle drive back to main road trees had grown into driveway space and limbs hanging out into passage. The whole area was difficult driving around. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, deck were clean and very nice!! Overall not much to really do unless you were a boater, fisherman, skier. The new casino was very nice!

We loved everything about the cabin. Very cozy and close to all main attractions. Only advisement is that its probably not very accessible for a car. I had to put my truck in 4wd to get out of the driveway. Not a big deal if you know going into it
