Place was great, enjoyed nature and the pond . Caught a few little Bass. The cabin was clean and ready with everything they mention was there. The one negative was that there was was beer cans and other trash left around the pond area. Overall all great and enjoyed the weekend there. Thank you

Complaints
Bbq grill was broken and knocked over when we arrived, there was no firewood for outside firepit, hot tub wouldnt stay hot and controls didnt work, no privacy other people walking all around going to pond. Pictures in listing online showed all kids activities was on-site not across the way. And huge burn pile of wood and brush for a veiw off porch.
Yes, the host was very welcoming. Some work could be done, refrigerator needs to be upgraded.Their need some work on the door with code lock. It was unlocked when we got there. We couldn’t lock it, when we got ready to leave. But other than that, we had a good stay. The beds were comfortable.
Great place to relax after riding the beautiful roads winding through the mountains!

When first arriving the cabin smalled like cat urine so we had to spray everything down with febreeze. There was no firewood for the outdoor fire pit as advertised. The cabin itself was nice though and we enjoyed our stay.

Cabin
The area where the cabin is, is so beautiful and peaceful. However the cabin it’s self needs some work on the back deck where the hot tub is. The hot tub didn’t work properly you heat controls were broke, the a/c filter was so dirty the a/c didn’t work good and the cleaning under the furniture was bad. But other then that the place was really good.
The end of spring break for us. The property is beautiful. The only issues were that the hot tub did not work, the oven was faulty (had to wiggle the burners to get the to come on), not enough linens for everyone (8 people), the bath tub floor was really weak and unstable, not enough wood for 2 nights and the indoor fireplace is missing the grate so we couldn’t have a fire inside.

Horrible, disgusting dirty fishing shack
This should be called a fishing shack and not a cabin. It is filthy, spider webs, dust, fleas, the linen (pillow cases and bed spreads) had not been washed. The kitchen sink had a terrible leak. The appliances are old and only one bath room and television for a cabin that sleeps 10! Don’t book here!
We had no water for 1 day and a half. No compensation for that essential not being available...
We had no water for a day and a half with small kids. We pitched water out the frozen lake to have to heat up for different things. Left with no water... On Xmas and my Bday..
This was all we expected!! We had an issue with Hot Water and surprisingly enough when I emailed them they had someone there on Sunday morning and by Sunday afternoon it was fixed. Considering it was a Sunday I'm the middle of nowhere this is a huge plus!! My only complaint was there was not enough pots and pans to cook for 10 people. There were plenty of frying pans but actual pots there was one medium size sauce pan. We brought all our food to make there,I did go buy a pot that I donated along with some better Teflon ware. This kitchen could use a little upgrade. But it was still usable and we had a great time.

Worst place i ever stayed
The place was dirty the dishes in the cabinets was dirty, there were cigarette butts everywhere outside the hot tub was moldy the couch are was broke there were stains on the carpet there was food and hair on the sheets the bath tub was moldy the pipe to the toilet was leaking there were big places on the ceiling above the bed that looked like the roof leaked the door shades were broken the front of the ice box was rusted the place was dirty when we got there, i think for the price we paid we deserve a refund, the charge a cleaning fee that we deserve back too. I have pictures of it all, what fun is a vacation when you can't even enjoy the hot tub because of the mold and slime on the jets and the skimmer and the cover! Very unhappy with this place!
The cabin was not clean, we cleaned the ceiling fans, and there were so many spider webs everywhere in the cabin, we also had water damage, in the main bedroom, above bed that was not comfortable at all, could not get the front door open got it open finally, called to ask about it but did not get and answer, The outside trash can was full, did not have anywhere to put trash, finally found dumpsters on property, there was a tree on electric line, right in front of the cabin and this property was terrible in appearance because all the area had obviously had a bad outside fire, that burned surrounding trees. Had we known that this was Whippoorwill property, we would have never stayed there, I guess it changed ownership again. Did have plenty of towels.

To begin the trash was still there from the previous guest even when we left it was still there....
The construction next to the cabin was a sore eye. It was just a terrible vacation for me and my family....
