BRANCHING OUT is a luxury cabin made for large families and groups! Sleeps up to 16 guests w/ five king suites and a six-bed bunk room decked out with INDOOR SLIDE, color-changing LED bunk lights, and arcade. Soak in the outdoors under the mature pine trees, enjoy a fire around the spacious fire pit, and watch the kids play on the various playsets. This modern cabin offers something for every member of the family.

This cabin near Broken Bow Lake provides ample parking for all guest vehicles and their boat trailers with an expansive semi-circle parking area and driveway leading right up to the house. BRANCHING OUT is easy to find on Coffee Tree Trail which is accessible from newly paved roads, just a few minutes' drive from Highway 259.

The Booking Guest must be at least 22 years old to book this property and must be present during the reserved dates. These are terms that are agreed in the required Rental Agreement.

Events are not allowed on the property and the maximum guest count must be adhered which is 17 people for this property.

Perfect for a family getaway

This was our first big family trip with my parents and siblings since we had all gotten married and started our own families. This place blew us away. So spacious and always something to do or sit back and relax. Great place for wonderful memories!

Most Amazing stay!

This house was truly a home for the week. Everything about the cabin was so welcoming and having all the space for our families was perfect! The coffee bar was my favorite being an exhausted mom and the kids couldn’t get enough of the wonderful play sets outside. Lynn was the most gracious and responsive host and we can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

Excellent stay for big family!

Great experience! Everything was clean and it had everything we needed. The house is very secluded and on a quiet cul-de-sac, yet just a couple of minutes from all the things. Highly recommend for a wide range of ages! Kids loved the kids room and it was very nice to have two living spaces.
