Fancy Farmhouse is a country farmhouse-themed cabin designed for a charming couple's vacation or a relaxing getaway for a small family. This cabin features traditional farmhouse décor and a spacious floorplan with pops of red and white throughout the interior. You'll feel like you stepped into the Sweet Home Alabama movie while at the same time being amongst the 80-ft tall Broken Bow pines. This cabin is located at the back of the Eagle Mountain neighborhood and offers a good amount of privacy and nature visitors. It's common to see deer around the cabin, so keep your eyes peeled!

Fancy Farmhouse is a pet-friendly cabin that features 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom with hardwood floors, shiplap interior, tasteful furnishings, and red and white country accents throughout. There is also a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room giving the cabin the ability to sleep up to 4 guests. The cabin is conveniently located minutes from Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, and several other local attractions.

Master Bedroom & Bathroom (sleeps 2) - The master bedroom features a king bed, two floating nightstands, dresser, ceiling fan, HDTV, closet, and private access to the back deck. The room opens to a spacious en suite bathroom with a large vanity, walk-in shower, soaking tub, and private water closet.

Indoor Living (sleeps 2) - Open floorplan with HDTV, traditional country farmhouse décor with splashes of color, indoor gas fireplace, queen sleeper sofa, love seat, chair, and end table.

Outdoor Living - The deck is wrap-around on three sides and includes an outdoor seating and dining area, gas grill, griddle, outdoor wood-burning fireplace, HDTV, porch swing, and a hot tub. Step down the stairs for a little nighttime stargazing by the wood-burning fire pit while roasting marshmallows. There is also a charcoal grilling station and corn hole game down the stairs in the yard.

Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare and eat meals during your stay. In the kitchen you will find standard appliances, island with barstool seating for 4, Keurig Duo coffee maker, blender, full knife set, crock pot, hand mixer, can opener, toaster, grilling tools, ice maker, drinkware, flatware, and dishware.

General Information - This cabin is pet-friendly. Up to two dogs welcome with manager approval and paid pet fee. Roku TV available for guest use. Full-size washer and dryer available in laundry closet. This cabin has paved roads up to the driveway with a flat pull-thru driveway perfect for boat parking. Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrances. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-April). Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 4, no exceptions.
