We had a great stay at this location. The only downside to this place is you have to pay to use the jacuzzi and fitness center. This was not clear when I booked our stay. If you plan on using the jacuzzi or fitness center, you will have to pay as well as pay another fee to use a towel. Other than this, we had a great time.

The hotel is good and clean. The reception staff is polite and friendly. However, the dining room staff leaves much to be desired. Some of the ladies clearing the tables come up to you while you are still eating, carrying dirty plates from a previous table. They place these dirty dishes onto the table of people who are currently dining just to clear their finished plates, leaving someone else's dirty dishes right in front of them. This is extremely unpleasant and can even make you feel sick while eating! Also, one female employee (heavy-set, wears glasses, hair in a ponytail) deliberately clears the neighboring table in a provocative manner and repeatedly coughs right into the faces of dining customers. Being clearly sick, she coughed directly at us, resulting in the guest spending the entire next day in bed with a fever! This is an absolute nightmare! The maids do not clean the rooms properly. When they do come in, they only replace the towels but do not clean anything else, fail to provide soap, and do not change the bedding. In short, some of the staff desperately need to be replaced. They are ruining the hotel's reputation. The staff situation here is a total disaster!

We had a great time at this property. The train station is close by as well as the beach. The service was impeccable. My only critique was the internet which is why I did not give 5 stars as it is spotty. However this is minor and we would definitely stay here again.

I was only there for 1 night. Dinner was pretty good. WiFi was ok. Good location. My room needs to be updated as I saw dirt and/or what looked like mildew in some places. Also was hair on the shower wall. Pool is a bit small. Very geriatric clientele.

Breakfast and dinner was good. I had unpleasant experience my phone was broken and I asked in reception where I could fix it. In the of recommendation I was cheated. The replacement of screen cost me €240 and stop working in 4 days. They said that company really good.

Property is low cost and in terms of value it was fair. The junior suite looked on to balconies of the adjacent hotel, the metal camp bed style bed was terribly uncomfortable. The hotel itself was average in every way, nothing too bad, nothing to say was particularly good either, other than the bar staff being very friendly. I’d say for two nights out of season it was fine but in peak summer I can imagine the lifts, breakfast, checkout, Sun loungers etc being very over crowded.

Our experience was great. The food was very good, a lot of things to do. The only downside I had was with cleanliness. We asked every day for the room to be cleaned and made up. And even when they did came and organized the room, they never swept the floors. But I will give it 9 out of 10

good for young families

Joined our daughter's family for a week here. Otherwise we wouldn't choose such a relatively large family hotel. It was all about boys 8 & 11 have a good time - which they did. A lot of time spent in pool and sea [10 min walk]. HB meal choice was fine for them; okay for us [wow, the restaurant staff work hard!]. Outside entertainment 9.30 okay. Particularly good guitarist one evening. All thought bed's too hard and rooms dated - but okay. Reception staff good. Cutting a long story short - getting a few drinks at bar either slow or very slow; and bathroom could have been brushed better before our arrival.

It’s an ok place. Staff friendly and helpful. Room ok - convenient with separation between us and the kids. Main complaint is noise - show until passed 23 every night and people yelling in the hallways and rooms until past midnight. Pool is very crowded.
