Estancia en general la regular, pq para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas superior hay varias cosas que en hoteles inferiores de categoría son mejores. Sobretodo la comida, escasa y poca variedad y encima no reponen con normalidad.

Uhøflig betjening i receptionen. da jeg ankom om natten. Meget støj i det eneste lokale der var ifm baren, et slags cafeteria, hvor der ofte var meget støj fra musik og aktiviteter så udover at sidde på værelset eller ved poolen var der ikke noget område man kunne sidde i nogenlunde ro og drikke en kop kaffe. Ikke engang i læserummet, der var der også ofte højt musik. Men ellers fint ophold, fin service i spisesalen og rengøringspersonale var venlige og også i receptionen udover ved ankomst. Hotellet lå centralt ift strand og butikker og togstation.

very good location - opp train station - near beach - nice location - food was ok - but its NOT english 4* - no way - they charge for room safes - TV in rooms real real crap - nice balcony but very small uncomfortable plastic chairs - room dirty - they very mean with towels and shampoo and no locks on toilet - big room - my wife stated it was like a nice HOSTEL - felt very Russian - but nice location and pool ok - gym very poor - we had family in a hotel 4* a few doors down and that was really 4* - hotel seems old now

La limpieza muy basica y nos dejaron pelos mojados en el suelo de la habitacion, los acensores mojados y con basos de plastico dentro, la camida bien y la habitacion la pedí con dos meses de antelacion y me diron con vistas al parking pedi cambio y no tenian hueco y el wifi no hay nada de conexion.

Hotel de 4*S que corresponde a un 3*

En mi opinión el hotel corresponde a un 3*, habitaciones muy pequeñas, comida regular. No tuvieron en cuenta nuestros comentarios al hacer la reserva, y nos dieron una habitación con balcón que daba a una galería, peor imposible. Afortunadamente nos cambiaron de habitación. Las camas son todas muy incómodas, las almohadas peor aún, y la tele minúscula. Algunas habitaciones no tienen ni neverita. Vale la pena si lo encuentras por un ofertón tirado de precio, pero no si vas a pagar un precio normal.

We enjoyed staying in the the Hotel Mercury although there were few drawbacks. The food wasn't that good quality as it should be in 4 stars hotel. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for all inclusive staying. Half board was enough.

wij hadden voor 1 overnachting geboekt als overbrugging naar onze vliegreis. werd voor weinig geld dit 4 sterrenhotel aangeboden,met volpension. wij hebben een redelijk verblijf gehad,maar prijstechnisch ging het wel.

Limited drinks with full board

The hotel was OK. The location albeit at the end of the strip was right by the local trainline (not noisy), train runs right along side main strip and they were on time and regular. Tickets had to be bought the hotel side of the road mind and not at the platform (€19.80 return 2 x adults) We were only there Fri till Mon but went Full Board. But don't expect any type of drink with your evening meal as even water had to be bought. You only got free tea, coffee, juice and water with breakfast. Can't comment on lunch as we were out. Didn't sample.much of the evening entertainment as again we were out and about but what we did see wasn't much to write home about

Hôtel très agréable, mis à part la nourriture

Très agréable confort, propreté, proximité de la plage, divers promenades et activités. Un gros point à améliorer,la nourriture franchement immangeable certain jours et je ne suis pas difficile.

Hotel vlak bij strand

Van buiten oogt het hotel zeer goed en ook van binnen lijkt het in eerste instantie erg mooi . Al snel blijkt dat er hier en daar nog wel wat achterstallig onderhoud is en dat de badkamer erg sleg is afgewerkt , vooral het douche gedeelte met de douchewand zijn in slechte staat . Het personeel is niet echt vriendelijk en al helemaal niet behulpzaam . De toegang naar de kamers gaat met een pasje , helaas zijn we in totaal meer dan 20x terug moeten gaan omdat deze niet meer werkte (zonder dat deze in de buurt van de telefoon werden bewaard ) . Het eten was in een hele grote kantine , waar je niet het ID kreeg dat je in een sjiek hotel was . Verder was de hygiëne ver te zoeken met het opruimen /schoon maken van de tafels . De doekje om de tafels schoon te vegen , hing bij de meeste over de afvalbak waar de etensresten in werden gegooid . Verder veel mensen uit oost Europa die all incusive hadden geboekt en hier goed gebruik van maakte.
