Heads up: Arrival info can’t be released until check-in steps are complete, and skipping them voids eligibility for refunds. If you have questions, just message us anytime—we’re happy to help!

Pet Policy:

Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis. If approved, there is a $150 flat fee per stay for up to 2 pets. An additional charge of $50 per night applies for each extra pet.

Security Cameras:

The property is equipped with exterior security cameras for your safety and security. These cameras protect our guests and the property from potential break-ins and theft and ensure adherence to our no-parties policy. We have a camera located at the front and back doors and operates 24/7. Please note that there are no cameras inside the cabin to respect your privacy.

Liability & Guest Agreement:

Please note that this is a privately owned home. A security deposit and signed renter agreement are required to confirm your booking.

Access & Check-In:

The home features keyless entry via a smart lock keypad at the front door. You’ll receive a unique code the same morning of your check-in. Enjoy the convenience of a fully private entrance.

Fireplaces:

Please note that both indoor and outdoor fireplaces are turned off between April 15 and September 30 for the summer season.

Internet:

This home is located in a rural area, and while WiFi is provided, connection may occasionally be spotty due to local weather or terrain. We appreciate your understanding!

Critters:

We have routine pest control service, but because the cabin is located in a wooded, natural setting, occasional bugs or critters may still be present.

Nature Notice:

You’re staying in a beautiful natural environment, and that comes with a few friendly visitors from time to time! Depending on the season, you may encounter local wildlife or native plants, including deer, squirrels, raccoons, lizards, insects, pollen, or poison ivy. While we take every precaution—including pest control and outdoor deterrents—to minimize contact, we appreciate your understanding that this is their home too.
