This spacious retreat offers a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment, with a pool table for friendly competitions and a private pool for refreshing dips on hot summer days. (The outdoor private pool can only be heated from March to October for a fee of $150 per day.) Whether you're looking to unwind in the cozy living room or enjoy a barbecue on the outdoor deck, Kiamichi Sunset has something for everyone. The cabin's family-friendly atmosphere makes it the ideal destination for creating lasting memories with your loved ones.

The living room of this luxurious home is designed for comfort and style. It features a leather couch and loveseat, providing ample seating for relaxation and entertainment. Additionally, three accent chairs add a touch of elegance to the space. The room is further enhanced by a gas fireplace, creating a cozy ambiance during colder months. For added comfort, there are throw blankets available for snuggling up and staying warm. Entertainment options include a pool table for friendly competitions and a big-screen TV for movie nights. Lastly, a work area is provided for those who need to catch up on tasks or work remotely.

The kitchen and dining area of this home are fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need to prepare and enjoy a meal with your family or friends. It features modern appliances and ample counter space for meal preparation. The dining table can comfortably accommodate eight people, perfect for gathering for meals or special occasions. In addition, there is extra seating available for six people at the kitchen island, providing a casual dining option or a place to socialize while cooking.

The master bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor offer a luxurious retreat. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, providing a spacious and comfortable sleeping area. A nightstand and lamp are conveniently placed on one side of the bed, allowing for easy access to reading materials or personal items. A dresser is also provided for storing clothing and belongings. The ensuite bathroom features a single vanity sink, providing ample space for personal grooming. For relaxation, there is a soaker tub where you can unwind after a long day. Additionally, a walk-in shower is available for a refreshing and invigorating experience.

The second and third master bedroom and bathroom, located on the upper floor, offer the same level of luxury and comfort. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, providing a spacious and comfortable sleeping area. A nightstand and lamp are conveniently placed on one side of the bed, allowing for easy access to reading materials or personal items. A dresser is also provided for storing clothing and belongings. The ensuite bathroom features a single vanity sink, providing ample space for personal grooming. For relaxation, there is a soaker tub where you can unwind after a long day. Additionally, a walk-in shower is available for a refreshing and invigorating experience.

There will be a set of twin-size bunk beds in the hallway on the second floor along with a half bathroom.

The fourth master bedroom on the second floor will be the same as the second and third but will offer a queen-size bed versus a king.

The fifth and final master bedroom and bathroom, located on the third floor, offer a luxurious and comfortable space for relaxation. The bedroom is furnished with a spacious king-size bed, accompanied by a nightstand and lamp on one side, as well as a dresser and a TV for your entertainment needs. The ensuite bathroom features a single vanity sink and a convenient walk-in shower, providing a refreshing and convenient experience.

The third-floor loft area is designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation. It features a comfortable couch and three accent chairs, creating a cozy atmosphere for unwinding and socializing. Additionally, a coffee bar is provided, equipped with a Keurig K-cup and coffee pot, allowing you to enjoy your favorite hot beverages at any time. The loft area also offers direct access to a balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views. The balcony is furnished with a table seating four, providing a perfect spot for outdoor dining or enjoying a cup of coffee.

Moving to the second floor, you will find the Loft Area, which serves as a versatile space for various activities. This area includes a cozy seating area with three pull-out couches and two accent chairs, perfect for lounging and socializing. Additionally, there is a table with seating for four, allowing you to enjoy meals or engage in board games with friends and family. A TV is also provided for your entertainment. At the opposite end of the loft, there is a twin-size bunk bed, providing additional sleeping arrangements. Moreover, you will have access to a balcony nearby, which features a convenient half bathroom.

The outdoor living space of this property is truly exceptional. On the main floor patio, you will find a private hot tub, allowing you to relax and rejuvenate while enjoying the serene surroundings. A gas grill is also provided, enabling you to indulge in outdoor cooking and dining. As you descend the steps, you will discover the newly constructed pool, offering a refreshing oasis for swimming and lounging. The pool area provides ample seating options, including lounge chairs, rockers, a couch, and swivel chairs, accommodating up to 12 people. Additionally, there is a gas fireplace and a TV, ensuring that you can enjoy the outdoor space even during cooler evenings. Lastly, the outdoor firepit provides a cozy gathering spot, with seating for eight, perfect for roasting marshmallows and enjoying the warmth of the fire.

General Information - Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet with a half bath. Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is 20, with no exceptions.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries and downtown Hochatown and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don't forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
