-KITCHEN + DINING + LIVING ROOM- The fully equipped kitchen features a large island with bar stools and stainless steel appliances. It is the perfect place to cook a meal to be enjoyed by all. We offer coffee lovers a 12-cup coffeemaker, a coffee grinder, and a single-serve Keurig. The living area has large windows and a beautiful seasonal indoor fireplace (early October to late March) as the focal point of this great space. There is a 65-inch smart TV ready to stream your favorite shows. In the living room, you will find a comfy sectional sofa and chair with plenty of room for everyone to relax, catch up, or play games with the kids! Large windows throughout this space help to bring the outside in and create an inviting, open space.

-COVERED PATIO- The cabin's 900 sq ft covered patio can be enjoyed year-round. It has several seating areas, including a lounge area with a 65" smart TV, an outdoor gas fireplace (seasonal early October to end of March), and a 6-person hot tub. A few steps down from the deck, you'll find a Weber propane outdoor grill and a custom fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows for s'mores, late-night conversations, and star gazing. Kids will enjoy the climbing dome or exploring nature with our nature hunt boxes. At the same time, the whole family can enjoy a Towerball tournament.

Sleeping Arrangements – Sleeps up to 8 (max 4 adults if kids are present, 6 adults if no kids are in the reservation. For this property, adults are defined as 18+. Please include all individuals 17 and below in the child line when booking.)

-BEDROOM 1- King-sized bed, blackout shades, 42" smart TV, desk + chair, luggage rack, nightstands, ceiling fan, Dohm white noise machine, USB charging docks, and a spa-inspired private ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a gorgeous walk-in rainfall shower and a separate soaking tub.

-BEDROOM 2- King-sized bed, blackout shades, 42" smart TV, nightstands, large closet, ceiling fan, Dohm white noise machine, USB charging docks built into the lamps, and a bench should you need somewhere to sit or extra luggage storage. This bedroom shares a full bathroom in the hall with the bunk room.

-BUNK ROOM- Two bunk beds (4 twin child mattresses), 42" smart TV, blackout shade, large closet with a built-in bench, a constellation night light, portable fan, and a Dohm white noise machine. We also include a variety of toys, including Little People, LEGO DUPLOS, and Children's books for bedtime. There are also two bean bag chairs for lounging or reading. Note: Per the manufacturers warning the top bunks have a weight limit of 100lbs and are not for children under 5.

Please note that the space is ideal for one or two families, and while the total occupancy limit is eight people, we have a limit of four adults if children are included in the reservation. If the reservation does not include children, we can accommodate 6 adults but there is no pull-out sofa, no sleeping on the couch, and the bunk bed mattresses are children's mattresses. The top bunks are not suitable for adults or children under 5. Children under two do not count against occupancy. If you have additional children, please inquire.

The fireplace is seasonal from October 1 to March 31. Please confirm exact dates before booking if the fireplace is essential to your stay.

No pets or animals of any kind are permitted due to the owner's personal use of space due to medical conditions. For the comfort of all guests, please select another property if pets are imperative for your stay. Per Oklahoma HB3282, it is unlawful for any person to misrepresent a service animal and will be immediately evicted without a refund.
