Definitely a nice spot, but very rustic and needs some comfort adjustments. Pros include cute cabin and functional, nice hot tub and fire pit. Close to things to do. The back porch is a very peaceful and private space. We did realize there was a camera pointed at that area, which was not appreciated. The grill on the patio was great, and overall, a very quaint, rustic, peaceful space. We didn't expect the other two cabins on the lot, so be aware of that. But we saw wild deer and rabbits which was so cool. The major cons are that the main bed is not comfortable or supportive, the pull out bed in the entrance area is not usable/broken. the other pull out bed was uncomfortable even for our five year old. the bar goes across the middle and is very uncomfortable. the mattress covers were filthy, as was the bath mat. Plus there was only one extra set of sheets for the pull outs. there are ticks everywhere so come prepared for that. the pond fishing was great, although the pond had a "filmy" scum on the top, but lots of little fish biting and a fun spot. We thought the boat was functional and were excited about that, but it was not (could see light through the back seam). It would have been nice to have a functional canoe or boat. There is no dishwasher, which wasn't a huge deal, but annoying. We left a day early due to the bed situation, and they did offer us a credit because of that. I have not seen the credit come through yet but the customer service has been great.
