"The $15 credit towards the hotel market seems to be daily and not acumulable Bell crew is not nice at all when giving back stored luggage when checking out he was asking me how much I paid to store my luggage doubting to hand them back to me like I did not pay or pay less than I should when I had paid already Overall restaurant is great room is comfy and complete Great location "

"The property it self was clean , once I walked into Sheraton I thought everything was great the staff were telling us we get a $35 every night we stay we can use it at the bar , Starbucks , or there restaurant we’ll let me tell you they didn’t tell us Starbucks was in the hotel there communication wasn’t great maybe because they saw me and my boyfriend young not sure happens a lot to us , second night we get back to freshen up at our hotel and the tv was turning on and off I called guest services they quickly called Cesar for us let me tell you Cesar was Great he was so kind and kept saying sorry for the inconvenience he quickly moved us room mind you he was just the guy who service the tv and stuff we went down stair talked to some guy and I told him if he can do anything for that inconvenience we payed lots of money to stay at Sheraton top floor sky view floor 49 and he said no that the house keepers are in charge of the TV I thought that was ridiculous I wasn’t there to argue with him it was our first time in New York so I let him be , I loved New York but I would never stay at Sheraton again let me tell you it’s not Marriott experience ! "

"Sheets dirty, door locks don’t work and apparently the whole hotel doors are made that way and you can only use the latch. Ac smelled bad, made a lot of noise and barely blew cold air. Staff came to check it out and stated it’s fine. While checking in I had to wait over 30 minutes due to no one being at the desk and I’ve called and you can hear the phone just ringing. "

"The air was great.Only one washcloth for 2 guests is not great.My guest really loved the upgrade on the vending machines and the softner used on the sheets.Its a 10 for that laundry."

"Very clean, batroom and bed area clean as well. Staff is super helpful. Wish room had a separate writing table beside that space under the tv. I enjoy my stay there."
