You'll have the entire cabin to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

SECLUDED, LOG CABIN, CONNECTED TO SHAWNEE NATIONAL FORREST!

3500 square ft. Abe Lincoln log cabin adjoining Shawnee National Forrest. Sleeps 6-8 people comfortably. Property has an 18x32 in ground pool (open from late May until Mid October weather permitting and it is not heated) and 6 person hot tub with a large deck for relaxation or entertaining. There is also a 4 Acre lake located just down a pathway from the cabin that is stocked with (Crappie, Large Mouth Bass, Standard and Red Ear Bluegill, & Catfish). We just ask that you catch and release so that other guest may enjoy as well. Centrally located just 18 miles from Paducah, Golconda, or Metropolis. Lots of wildlife abound here. You will have 4 private bedrooms, 2 master suites one at each end of the house one master has a queen bed and your other suite has a king bed, the third and fourth bedroom have queen beds as well. A large eat in kitchen, Billiard room, 3 private bathrooms. There are many extras. This is a must see property. There is a 2 night minimum on rental and we do charge for each additional guest over 2 (25.00 per night) .

A girls trip to see Paducah and the surrounding area was enhanced by the stay at the cabin. It is comfortable, well planned, and stocked for all our needs. We had a relaxing time and considering another stay in the future.

Nice quiet getaway

Wonderful Site

My friends and I get together every winter for a few days at a cabin or lodge somewhere in the Midwest. This lodge was, by far, the best place we have ever stayed. Also, it is close to some of the interesting historic parks within the Shawnee National Forest. In addition, Jessica immediately responded to any questions we had while staying there. I highly recommend this lodge to anyone seeking peace and quiet for a gathering of friends or family.

Great home for a fun weekend

We visited for our annual gathering and it was our first visit to this home. It was truly amazing, very clean, warmly decorated and very comfortable. The owner was accessible for some questions we had. Communication was very good. I highly recommend this wonderful home to relax with family and friends.

We stayed Labor Day week. This was our second time at this house. The house is amazing, the pool and deck area is perfect. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen we’ve stayed at. Great location and private. We will be back for a third stay. Thanks for having us!

Great place for us!!!

As we have a week long field trial in Paducah, this locations is perfect for us. It gives us plenty of room to aire our dogs andnlet them run and exercise. Also, the property is so nice, allowing us to fix meals right there. After the long days its nice to just stay in and eat. Thanks for a great property Wes

Fabulous Home!

Our stay was magnificent! Myself and two girlfriends enjoyed a 4 day stay over Memorial Day weekend for a Girl's Getaway, celebrating 50 years of friendship. The home and property were absolutely beautiful! The home is equipped with about every amenity you can think of. The kitchen is completely stocked. This is a high quality, clean and spacious home with comfortable furniture and beds. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool as well. We ventured to Garden of the Gods and went off to Paduka for dinner one night. The owner was in contact with us and our check in and check out process was so easy. I plan to bring my family next year to enjoy this gem!

Cozy spacious cabin in the woods

My girl friends and I enjoyed our stay so much! The cabin was very clean and there had been some upgrades since the last time we stayed here. New sectional, roof over the hot tub. We had a couple hiccups with the weather turning really cold and had to contact the owners and they were very fast to respond and very accommodating and helpful. We will stay here again, we love how it is far away from anything and quiet, peaceful and cozy.

10th anniversary get away

This was the perfect place for a long weekend get away. The house was very clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub while watching the Notre Dame football game. We will definitely be back with our extended family.

Perfect Getaway Cabin to Unplug and Unwind

This place was perfect for us to take the time away from our busy, people-filled lives. Surrounded by nature and fresh air, we had the privacy we were looking for, but with the resort-like luxury. The pool, hot tub, and fully stocked home were perfect for relaxing while having everything we needed. We were very comfortable during our entire stay.

Nice retreat

Caley Springs exceeded our expectations! It was a bonus there was spotty cell service and no Wi-Fi. It was a great place to unwind and spend quality family time. My husband and I loved waking up early watching wildlife from the front porch with a cup of coffee. Our family enjoyed the pool, catch and release fishing, playing pool, etc. My only regret was not booking longer. Our kids keep asking when we can go back! We will definitely book again!
