- Smoke-Free Space – Please keep the indoors fresh for everyone—no smoking inside. (A $300 cleaning fee applies if detected.)
- No Parties or Events – We love good vibes, just not loud gatherings. Thanks for helping us keep things peaceful.
- Quiet Hours – Let’s keep it cozy from 10 PM to 8 AM so everyone (including the neighbors!) can relax.
- Pet-Friendly – We happily welcome up to 2 well-behaved furry friends. It’s $50 per pet, per stay (we’ll handle the second fee separately).
- Pet Cleanup – Please tidy up after your pets, both inside and outside. Extra mess may result in additional cleaning fees.
- Guest List – For everyone’s safety and comfort, only registered guests are allowed unless we’ve chatted and approved otherwise.
- Well Water – Our property is supplied by clean, natural well water. It’s perfectly safe for drinking, cooking, and bathing.
- Outdoor Animals - As our property is on 10 acres of farmland, please be aware that there may be some stray animals that may roam during your stay.
