"nice room and the gentleman at front desk was very polite and very helpful with my situation I have a real bad back had 4 surgeries done since 2023 when we arrived from a long drive from katy for my uncle funeral the gentleman told me my room is on second floor and that the following day he had a bottom room I was a little upset and told him I cant do stairs and plus my mom has knee issues so he said let me see if there is something he can do so he got me a bottom room I was so thankful for him to double check any rooms available he did an amazing job we arrived on January 15 2026 around 6pm. I am so sorry I cant remember his name.He was very polite and understanding so I give more then 5 golden stars ;) I do have one concern the tub is slippery y'all should put some tub mats in case because not everybody that checks in tells y'all there personal information.I had to put a towel in tub to shower I told the same gentleman at front desk when we checked out about my concerns of people slipping in tub in the future he listen and told me he will look at the tubs"

"Nice, clean, quiet room and good breakfast. Convenient guest laundry. Easy walk to a variety of restaurants. One caution though: I booked and paid through Expedia but was charged again at the hotel. I'm now going through a claims process with Marriott to be reimbursed, hopefully. "

"The only thing we did not like, the fact we had to pay for regular housekeeping even though we stayed 7 days."
