Prime location, but a very simple hotel, small rooms, no fridge in standard queen rooms, no views, no place to put toiletries in the bathroom. Clean. You are paying for the location, basically. Staff was very friendly

Twice hotel personnel either called or came to the door to ask if we needed anything and how things were going. Exceptional hotel and staff.

It’s was ok the rooms are definitely outdated

Excellent location in midtown in order to travel north or south of the manhattan. The rooms were large and comfortable, but the lighting in the room was very dim. We sent a note to the manager but there was no response. The only thing that was not good was charging the resort fee which was about $50 a day for amenities that most people in the hotel do not use. Restaurant off the lobby for breakfast and dinner was convenient and the staff were very attentive. However the breakfast was expensive ( $14- $18 for omelette / eggs or yogurt ) and it had a limited menu. We ended up going to various places on Madison which was half the price - eg. Pret n manger. We would stay again.
